About me
Yoga continuously brings me to new places, where I learn to trade my expectations for freedom. It has illuminated beauty, vulnerability, and fear – helping me see and release the filters through which I experience life.

Teaching yoga was never my plan. Life’s unexpected challenges opened me to a new path, and yoga became a way for me to find deeper rest, peace, and connection through surrendering and releasing control. A framework to share my evolving experiences, while constantly learning from my teachers, peers, students, family, and friends.
I've been practicing yoga since 2004 and I started teaching in 2012, running public classes around Edmonton and directing the yoga program at Bliss YogaSpa. In 2015, I discovered Yoga Nidra and soon began offering both 200-hour teacher trainings and 50-hour Yoga Nidra trainings. I love how this practice deeply relaxes the mind and body, a benefit now also recognized in neuroscience as Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR). Proven to enhance neuroplasticity and improve mental clarity, Yoga Nidra has become essential in my journey and I love using this practice to guide others in theirs.

I’m happy to meet and share with anyone who feels called to join me. All are welcome.
